Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Towdah Communications

Chaplain Brigadier General Rev. Rotimi Sam Osoba is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Towdah Communications. He is also the Founder of Heaven On Earth Ministries, Founder of Rock Global Radio, and Acting National Commandant of The United States Chaplain Organisation, Nigeria Chapter.

A minister, communicator, broadcaster, author, and leadership mentor, he has devoted decades to pastoral ministry, Christian broadcasting, strategic communication, education, and leadership development. His background in Mass Communication, broadcasting, advertising, and marketing laid the foundation for Towdah Communications and continues to shape its vision, growth, and service delivery.

He is the author of Cntl+Z: The Undo Function the Devil Did Not Learn, and remains committed to using communication, media, ministry, and leadership to create lasting impact.

Kehinde Oyeronke Osoba

Head, Towdah Digital Academy | Principal Trainer

Kehinde Oyeronke Osoba joined Towdah Communications to establish and lead Towdah Digital Academy, the company's dedicated AI and digital skills training hub.

She is an ICT and Digital Transformation professional with extensive experience in enterprise technology, digital productivity, organizational transformation, training development, and capacity building. As Principal Trainer, she leads the Academy's programmes in Artificial Intelligence, Google Workspace, digital skills, business technology, and emerging technologies for teachers, entrepreneurs, professionals, faith-based organizations, and institutions.

She is also the visionary behind the HOEM Free Computer Training Programme, a community digital literacy initiative launched in 2002 under Heaven On Earth Ministries. The programme was established to bridge the digital divide by providing free computer and digital skills training to underserved communities in Lagos and Abuja. Since its inception, more than 2,000 individuals have graduated from the programme, many of whom have gone on to pursue higher education, secure employment, establish businesses, or improve their digital capabilities.

Through Towdah Digital Academy and the HOEM Free Computer Training Programme, Kehinde continues to champion digital inclusion by equipping individuals and communities with practical, future-ready skills that promote productivity, employability, entrepreneurship, and lifelong learning.
