What we collect

Your name — so we can address you correctly and issue your certificate.
Your email address — for course confirmations, portal access details and programme updates.
Your WhatsApp number — to verify your payment and add you to your cohort group.
Your proof of payment — to confirm your registration fee was received.
Course work you submit — assignments, projects and quiz results inside the student portal, used to track your progress.

What we don't do with it

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers. We only share information with service providers that help us run the Academy — for example, our hosting and email providers.

Payments

Course fees are paid by bank transfer directly to Towdah Communications. We never ask for your card details, PIN, OTP or online banking password — anyone who does is not us.

How long we keep it

We keep registration records and course progress for as long as needed to support your learning, verify your certificate, and meet our record-keeping obligations.
